The Wellbeing Café is run from three locations across Waltham Forest: we have welcoming, accessible and Covid-secure community venues in Chingford, Walthamstow, and Leytonstone. Wellbeing Cafés offer social time, light refreshments, activities, advice and learning sessions to choose from and are open to members only. Membership is free and limited to up to 3 months per member so we can offer this opportunity to more people, the members will be signposted and linked to other opportunities – activities, groups, volunteering, learning, and training to progress onto.
Please fill in the membership form with your health-care professional (e.g. social prescriber, nurse, mental health practitioner, care-coordinator) and ask them to e-mail it to Shahid Mahmood at cafe@mtclearning.org if you live in Leyton or Leytonstone (E10 and E11)
