At the MTC Learning we are constantly seeking ways to improve our services for our students. If you have any feedback which could help us improve what we do, of if you simply want to provide feedback please download and complete the Feedback form.
When things go wrong, we would encourage students to raise any concerns or queries as soon as possible, as this typically means that they will be easier and quicker to resolve. We don’t want to discourage you from discussing any concerns with a member of staff in the appropriate department as this can resolve your concerns immediately so we would strongly encourage students to contact us in the first instance to discuss their concerns.
