Functional Skills Courses
Essential skills needed for English, Maths and ICT, and are vital for young people and adults to participate in life, learning and work.
Employability Support
Provides a holistic employ-ability and welfare advice programme with Employability and Essential Digital Skills courses to vulnerable adults from the BAME and other communities (including migrants) unemployed or economically inactive and who are further marginalised from benefits due to multiple barriers, including language, / communication and limited life skills.
WISE
Supporting Women into Successful Employment. This project is funded by
English for Every Day
The aim of the programme is to enable individuals with little to no English languageskills to fulfill their potential and increase their positive participation in their local area. It will deliver high-quality language teaching using a mix of small groups. The project will improve connections and contributions to their local area and encourage social mixing with people outside their immediate social circles.
Level 3 Diplomas
Level 3 diploma in Adult Care is for individuals looking to pursue a career in the health and social care industry. This is an ideal course for roles in residential and domiciliary settings. Child care provides the knowledge and practical experience to work in settings like nurseries and preschools.
Beyond Basics
The Beyond Basics project was designed to empower adult learners from the Enfield Roma Traveller community by developing essential English communication, digital literacy, and employability skills. The course also aimed to strengthen their confidence, independence, and engagement with wider community and public services. The project’s objectives were to improve learners’ English skills for everyday life and work. Enhance digital literacy and safe online engagement.
